Join us on Thursday 22nd September at the Brussels ME-TOTEM event with our PWI members and guests.
The ME-TOTEM Project aims at fostering gender equality in economic decision making developing tools and strategies to support women in various stages of their career.
PWI Brussels in cooperation with PWA Milan and PWN Global will share the findings of how ME-TOTEM impacted more than 100 people across Europe, in all career levels from students to C-suite, by discussing unconscious bias, HR policies and mentoring as key aspects to consider to reach gender balance in the workplace.
Key Project findings will be shared by Roberta Toniolo, President, PWA Milan, and Clare Mahon, VP, PWI Brussels. Followed by an interactive panel discussion with guest speakers where we will explore the impact of these findings while hearing from Key decision makers on how organizations today are engaging in strategies to support women in all career levels.
