Meet Our Esteemed Panelists

Ebere Akadiri – Founder of Rise & Lead Women, a platform dedicated to advancing women’s leadership and gender inclusion in business. She is a recognized leadership expert, entrepreneur, and advocate for diversity and equity.

Loubna Azghoud – Member of the Walon-Brussels Parliament, responsible for gender equality. She has an extensive background in public policy and is actively involved in shaping initiatives that promote female leadership and inclusive decision-making.

Rick Zednik – Managing Director at Women Political Leaders (WPL), working to increase the number and influence of women in political leadership. His expertise lies in gender representation, policy impact, and economic growth.

Wivine Massaut – Director within the ITRC team of the Risk Advisory department at Deloitte Belgium, bringing a strong corporate perspective on governance, leadership, and inclusivity in traditionally male-dominated sectors.
The panel discussion will be moderated by Jessica Lutz, former Program Director of the Mentoring Program at PWI Brussels, ensuring a dynamic and engaging conversation.
