Our panel will bring together distinguished experts who are actively shaping the conversation on gender-balanced leadership and inclusivity.

Meet Our Esteemed Panelists

  • Ebere Akadiri – Founder of Rise & Lead Women, a platform dedicated to advancing women’s leadership and gender inclusion in business. She is a recognized leadership expert, entrepreneur, and advocate for diversity and equity.
  • Loubna Azghoud – Member of the Walon-Brussels Parliament, responsible for gender equality. She has an extensive background in public policy and is actively involved in shaping initiatives that promote female leadership and inclusive decision-making.
  • Rick Zednik – Managing Director at Women Political Leaders (WPL), working to increase the number and influence of women in political leadership. His expertise lies in gender representation, policy impact, and economic growth.
  • Wivine Massaut – Director within the ITRC team of the Risk Advisory department at Deloitte Belgium, bringing a strong corporate perspective on governance, leadership, and inclusivity in traditionally male-dominated sectors.

The panel discussion will be moderated by Jessica Lutz, former Program Director of the Mentoring Program at PWI Brussels, ensuring a dynamic and engaging conversation.
