Meet the Speaker: Magda Tabac
Magda is a Certified Trainer in Process Communication Model®, Emotional Assertiveness®, and a NeuroMindfulness© Master Practitioner. With more than 12 years of experience in multinational environments across Brazil, Romania, the UK, and Germany, she brings a rich background in strategy consulting, commercial planning, employee engagement, and people management.
After experiencing burnout in 2017, Magda shifted her career focus toward psychology, neuroscience, and communication. Today, she combines her corporate expertise with evidence-based practices to help professionals build resilience, develop self-awareness, and communicate with clarity and confidence.
She is the author of Simple Neuroscience: The Neuroscience of Stress (BookBoon).

This free webinar is the first step in our plan to offer PCM Training sessions to PWI members in autumn 2025. The full training will be delivered over three days (a mix of online and in-person sessions) and limited to small groups (max 14–15 participants) to ensure a high level of engagement.
